The M.A.T. is the first Academy in Italy that combines professional and  practical approaches with a view to provide entrepreneurs, professionals and companies with concrete tools for the full understanding and use of the trust; nowadays a legal instrument fully acknowledged and applied by Italian law and becoming an integral part of the daily life of individuals and legal entities.

Courses of the MAT are different from normal training events relating to trusts for their highly innovative and practical nature directed to make the matter immediately understandable to those insiders such as settlors, trustees and protector of  trusts established or to be established.

The first course was held on April 11, 2014, and the following courses will be held every last Saturday of the month from 9:00 to 1:00 pm and 2:00 to 6:00 pm. After inclusion that will take place between 9:00 and 9:30 and until 1:00 pm the activity will start analyzing and then explaining the matter according to the following program. After the lunch break, from 2:00 to 6:00 pm there will be specific workshops and a final discussion to examine the topics discussed during the course.

Limited participants

For didactic requirements there will be a limited number of participants per session.

Participation fee

The participation fee is € 1,000 + VAT 22% to be paid directly to the MAT to the references listed on the registration form. The benefits as part of the didactic program are as follows:

1) THEORY: The material didactic of the course;

2) PRACTICE: The solution of a particular own case in the workshop providing a first general advice aimed at identifying the possible need to establish a trust, fundamental elements and common mistakes to be avoided during the process;

3) CERTIFICATION: The Certificate of Participation at MAT, becoming a full member of the Academy;

4) UPDATE: The access to the reserved web site area for one year from the date of the course;

5) TRAINING EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES ‘ADVICE: The organization and realization by the member with the aid of the MAT of training events in each province and municipality of Italy also for the purpose of promoting business consulting and local support in the area of trust.

6) ACCESS TO ADVANCED COURSES: The access to the courses of 5 to 7 days “Credited Professional Consulting MAT” and “Credited Professional Consulting MAT – DEEDS PLUS” through which the MAT releases to the candidates after testing and evaluation activities in order to provide written and oral certification advice on trust up to the actual draft of the relevant deed.
